I bought my Bwine F7 last year and flew it within an hour of unboxing. By the second month, I was hunting for spare batteries because the stock packs barely lasted a single cinematic run. That experience sent our team down a rabbit hole of testing replacement batteries for the Bwine F7 and F7GB2 to … Read more
I remember the first time I unboxed my Tomzon D65. The foldable GPS drone looked sharp, the camera held promise, and within ten minutes of flying I realized the stock battery left me wanting more flight time. After burning through three flight sessions in a single afternoon, I started hunting for the best batteries for … Read more
If you just unboxed a Tomzon D65 or you’ve been flying yours for a few months, you’ve probably realized one thing: the stock package only gets you so far. We tested more than two dozen add-ons across four weeks of flying — early morning coastal runs, backyard practice sessions, and one slightly windy hilltop shoot … Read more
I tested these EXO Blackhawk accessories over three months of real flights, and I want to share what actually works. If you own an EXO Cinemaster drone, you already know the struggle of finding reliable replacement batteries. I’ve been flying DJI Avata drones for three years now, and I still remember my first frustrating session with a single battery. I landed after 14 minutes, watched the recharge light blink for 90 minutes, and swore I’d never leave the house with fewer than three batteries again. That experience is exactly why I put … Read more
I learned the hard way that the DJI Avata is one of the most fragile drones I have ever owned. After a six-foot drop from a hiking pack onto rocky trail, my Goggles 2 hit the ground with the unprotected case DJI includes with the Fly More Combo. The crack cost me more than any … Read more
I took my DJI Avata out for a spin in my neighborhood last spring, and a neighbor politely asked if I could “fly that thing somewhere else.” That was the day I started hunting for the best propellers for DJI Avata pilots who do not want to announce themselves from three blocks away. The stock … Read more
Your DJI RC controller is the brain of your drone, and a replacement screen alone can cost more than a decent case. After watching a friend crack his RC 2 display on a hiking trip last summer, I started treating controller protection the same way I treat aircraft protection. After three months of daily testing, … Read more
